THE RESTAURANT
Founded in December 2019 by a passionate owner from Taiwan, Shochiku‑en Café became fully vegan in April 2020 and is certified by VegeProject Japan. The café offers a heartwarming menu free from animal products, gluten, garlic, onions, and chemical seasonings—aligned with Oriental vegan and “five‑pungent‑vegetable‑free” traditions.
