HOBA’s concept celebrates entirely plant-based curry creations, free from animal products and flour. The dishes feature inventive combinations such as cacao, hazelnut, oat milk, and mushrooms and are artfully served on magnolia leaves (“hoba”)—a feast for both taste and sight.
